When do I need to order my Bridal gown?

Ideally brides need to allow up to 6 months to order their gown, it’s not unusual for brides to choose their gown a year in advance as often other details of their big day are depending on the style of gown.

 

What happens if I have less than 6 months and I have not found a gown?

Do not worry, here at Mia Sposa Bridal Cambridge we carry a large range of stock to choose from, also with years experience in the business we can pull a few strings and in some circumstance we can rush deliveries.

 

I have not been shopping for a bridal gown before what do I need to bring and what can I expect?

At Mia Sposa Cambridge our consultants are very experienced in bridal gown shopping so don’t worry you don’t need to be! We will give you a warm reassuring welcome and guide through your appointment. All you need to do is relax, and have fun! Also an open mind and strapless bra can also come in handy.

 

Do I need an appointment to come and try dresses?

We do not operate on an appointment only basis; however being the most popular bridal shop in the area we can become very busy. We would therefore recommend that you book and appointment or at least call ahead so we can ensure we have an consultant and changing room available and to avoid disappointment. Especially on Saturday!

 

How many people can I bring with me to choose my gown?

We try not to limit brides to who you can bring, it is your special day not ours! However experience does tell us that too many opinions can become confusing for the bride! Often one or two well trusted opinions and your dedicated consultant are all you need to find the dress that is perfect for you! If you do plan on bringing more then do let us know and we can ensure you have sufficient space to enjoy your appointment.
